Terms of Service

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your organization's roster accurate.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly per active employee seat. Trials convert to paid plans only when you explicitly add a payment method — we never auto-charge a card you haven't provided.

You may not use Attenzo to process data you don't have the right to collect, to circumvent seat-based billing, or to attempt to access another organization's data.

Your organization owns all attendance, payroll, and employee data you submit. We process it solely to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy.

We target 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance via our Status page.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice, except in cases of security risk.

Attenzo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

We'll notify account admins by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
